Rental Rates and Fees

  • Studio/Efficiencies - These start at $950 per month, with a $200 utility/service fee, which covers all utilities: basic cable TV, WiFi, electricity, water/sewer, trash, and parking.

  • 1 bedroom/1 bath - These include some utilities: water/sewer, trash, and parking. Tenants are responsible for their own cable/internet and electricity. These start at $1250 per month.

  • 2 bedroom/1 bath - These include some utilities: water/sewer, trash, and parking. Tenants are responsible for their own cable/internet and electricity. These start at $1400 per month.

Security Deposit - Equal to one month's rent.  This is refundable upon move-out based on damage.

​

Pet Rent - We do not charge pet rent, since pets do not have jobs.

​

Pet Deposit - Cats require a deposit of $250 for each cat.  This is refundable upon move-out based on damage.  Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs. 

​

Application fees - We do not charge any application fees.

​

Background/Credit check - Each occupant is required to pass a background and credit check. Prospective tenants conduct this directly with TransUnion, the cost is approximately $30 per person.
